The shorlist for The Theakston’s Old Peculier at the Harrogate Festival has been announced: this year Gregory and Company has one author:-

BBC NATIONAL SHORT STORY AWARD 2010
The BBC National Short Story Award is now open for submissions from published writers over the age of 18.
Deadline is 5pm on 18th June 2010.
The BBC National Short Story Award celebrates the best of the contemporary British short story. This genre continues to hold its own on Radio 4, and is enjoying a resurgence in print. The Award aims to maintain the short story´s prestige across the literary world.
