Laura Wilson's acclaimed and awarding-winning crime novels have won her many fans. She is currently working on a new series, featuring DI Ted Stratton, who battles crime against a background of war-torn Britain and the era of Austerity. The first in this series, Stratton's War, won the 2008 CWA Ellis Peters Historical Dagger Award. Laura has also been shortlisted for this year’s Ellis Peters Historical Award, for A WILLING VICTIM the fourth book in the Ted Stratton series. Laura lives in London, and is the crime fiction reviewer for the Guardian newspaper.
