Susannah and Joshua Sneddon, early twentieth century writers, toiled at their creative tasks in a remote cottage in a tiny Yorkshire village. Now, many years later, there’s a surprising new interest in the Sneddons, seemingly inspired by entrepreneur Gerald Suzman who has bought their homestead with the plan to open a museum and found a literary fellowship in their name. But Suzman has always shown greater affinity with wealth than with literature, so he must have discovered an unlikely source of profit in the Sneddon story. But what source?
