Baron Fatsophilus FitzPugwash is the very fat, rather foolish and extremely lazy ruler of the little town of Winkle. Winkle is a pretty place but it is also very dirty! And when the king challenges Fatso to clean up his town or lose his head …it seems that poor old Fatso might be for the chop.
